MEN'S GAMES
Conditions underfoot were Unfavourable for the men's hockey games on Saturday at the Oval and Tonga Park. University A and Air Force secured their second wins of the season. Air l-'orce defeated University B decisively by 8 goals to 1, superior stick work and positiouai play being deciding factors. University, however, was playing without a goalkeeper, and lost another player through injury in the second half. Piay was maintained at a fast pace throughout, and was confined mainly to University territory. F. Honey (3), Ormohd (2), B. Collie, Bullivant, and K. H. Lttwry (1) were the scorers for Air Force, and Phillips scored University's goal. Tall scoring was registered in the game between University A and High School Old Boys, the students winning by 15 to 0. Tho scorei's were Burns-Watson (t>), B. Ryburn (4), B. Kyle (3), R. Smith, and L. Poste. Training College defeated Albany B by 6 goals to 2, in a rather loose and scrambling match, in which the winning team showed better positional play. Goals were scored for College by S. England (3), H. White (2), and M. Doyle (1), and for Albany by A.. Birtles and C- Campbell.
