JAPANESE CONVOY
ATTACKED OFF CELEBES LONDON, Mav 8. A Japanese convoy of eight ships is under attack east of the Celebes, in tho Dutch East Indies. The convoy was spotted by a patrol of Catalina bombers, and attacked. No details are available yet, beyond a statement that it is known one ship was hit.
