ANGLO-AMERICAN CO-OPERATION (Rec. 11.35 a.m.) RUGBY, Jan. 9. # The first report of the Anglo-Ameri-can Caribbean Commission just issued makes it clear, states the Colonial) Office, that a most promising start has been made in this sphere of AngloAmerican co-operation. Among the immediate tasks was to stimulate local production of food. The commission's work has. largely centred around wartime problems, but this does not mean that long-term plans have been neglected. Many matters that require long-range approach arc already having attention.
