ACCIDENTS AND DEATHS
PROGRESSING FAVOURABLY. The Public Hospital reported this morning that Frederick Morrison, who was admitted on Friday suffering from the effects of acetylene fumes, is progressing favourably, although he is still being kept on the dangerously ill list. FOOTBALLER INJURED. When playing football at Port Chalmers on Saturday. Donald Gibbs, aged ]B. a. resident at the Y.M.C.A.. sustained head injuries. He was.admitted to the Dunedin Public Hospital at 5.10 p.m. CHILD'S FALL. Allan Williams, aged six. fell from a wall at his home at 91) Forth street on Saturday. He received injuries to his arm. and was admitted to the Public Hospital at 5.30 p.m. His condition is satisfactory.
