TRADES UNION CONGRESS DISCUSSION Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright (Rec. 11.50 a.in.) LONDON, Sept. 9. After a lively dis'enssion the Trades Union Congress overwhelmingly adopted the report for reform of education after the war under which it is proposed to stop payment of public money to denominational schools. It suggested that all education should he free at pub-Hcly-owiied schools and that there should he no place for a private school. One speaker asked how much longer they were to tolerate the inability of religious bodies to build decent schools. Other speakers said the report would cause fighting and qnarrelling among trade unionists and split the movement.
