ORPHANS’ CLUB
ORCHESTRAL NIGHT The programme at the fortnightly meeting of the Dunedin Orphans’ Ciub was provided by tho mein hers of the club; orchestra, and was a most enjoyable one. Tho president (Mr Arthur Macdonald) was in' the chair. In addition to several contributions by the orchestra (under Bro. J. Clark), the following members took part in the evening’s entertainment;—Bros. W. Stevenson, J. Pringle (songs), J. Wallace (violin solo), E. Kerr, jnn. (cornet solo), A Pettitt (piano solo), W. Smith (horn solo), M. Clarke (euphonium solo), L. White (clarinet solo), D. Boyd (trombone solo), and E. Ruffell (humorous sketch).
