Daily Intercession
FOR THE SICK AND WOUNDED. Father of mercies and God of all consolation, mercifully look down on those who have been smitten with sickness or wounds. Send them relief in their sufferings. Bless the healing ministries of doctors and nurses that pain may be assuaged and health restored. Grant that in their sufferings they may remember Him Who was wounded for our transgressions and with Whose stripes we are healed. O Great Physician of souls, be Thou their salvation. Especially do we entreat Thee for those ive know, whom we name in our hearts. Grant that they may be restored to us in Thy good time; through Jesus Christ our Lord.
