TOWN HALL DANCE

On Saturday night at this popular rendezvous a big old-time Scottish programme will be featured. The two halls will be used, with two bands. For this special night the old-time dance will be held in the Main Town Hall. Wright’s Rhythm Band, including a piper, will supply the music, with Dave Maharey as vocalist, and the M.C. Mr Jimmy Pollock. All will be dressed in kills. The modern dance will be in the Concert Chamberk the music being supplied by Julian Lee’s Band, with Arthur Waller and Miss Irene Brookes as vocalists.
