(Received March 23, at 8 a.m.J Reuter’s Osaka correspondent report* that two people were killed and 140 injured in a .Japanese railway accident west of Osaka. A freight train hit a passenger train, flinging the locomotive and two wagons of the latter'down an embankment. An electric train dashed into the wreckage, crushing the der railed cars and their passengers.
