WELLINGTON, February 22, ’ An understanding has been entered into by Mr Fraser and Mr Holland to do everything in their power to get their supporters to vote solidly at tha next general election for members of Parliament on active service who seek re-election. This is to be done regardless of the party to which tha absent soldier-member belongs. An arrangement has been made to deal with the situation that will arise in the event of a person claiming to be an independent candidate or the candidate of some party other than tha Labour Party or the National Party contesting the seats hold by members serving with the Armed Forces,
