REPLY TO LORD GALWAY S MESSAGE [Per United Press Association.] WELLINGTON, November 27. ' Lord Galway has received the following cablegram from His Majesty the King°in reply to the message sent by him: — “ Please convey to the Government and people of New Zealand my heartfelt thanks for their kind and_ loyal message ; ou the occasion of their observance of my birthday. The good wishes thev express towards the Queen and myself have a very special value to us in times _ like the present.
