INCREASED ALLOWANCES
ALL RATINGS OF AUSTRALIAN SEAMEN Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright SYDNEY, February 14. The Federal Arbitration Court today granted increased allowances to the sea-going sections of the maritime unions who ate serving under Australian articles. The increases, which will operate from December 15. 1039, are 12J per cent, to masters, officers, engineers, and radio employees on interstate and overseas ships, and 10 per cent, to all other ratings.
