HELP FOR FINNISH CHILDREN
SPECIAL COMMUIIIIY SINS The Dunedin Community Singing Committee is anxious to help., Finnish children to 14 years of age who ar* in-need of warm clothing. It is proposed to hold a special appeal community sing next Friday in the. Strand Theatre (by courtesy Fuller Theatre' Corporation Ltd.) for funds to provide clothing. The Finnish are in dire need of all the assistance that can possibly bo given them. Money is wanted uri gently. Mr J. F. Himburg, the secretary, will receive donations, no matter how small or large, so that comforts can be sent during the month, Mr H.. P. Desmoulins will be the leader, and. Mr A. Pettitt the pianist.
