THE EMBASSY DANCE
Patrons at the Embassy Dance last Saturday were given a demonstration of the jazz waltz by Mr Gfeorge G. Cox and partner, principal 8 of the George Cox School of Dancing. This was much appreciated by the large number present, The Georgians Strict Tempo Dance Band provided the music for the modern and old-time dances and included in their programme only the latest and most popular dance tunes. The management of the Embassy Dance advises that it is holding a night for the ladies to-night when a special attraction for the ladies is to be given, lonight’s programme will include oldtime and modern dances, dainty supper, ladies’ special attraction, and music by the Georgian’s Strict Tempo Dance Band. No pass-out checks will be isl sued, and the management strictly reserves the right of admission.
