AUCKLAND TO WELLINGTON CPek United Press Association.] ' WELLINGTON, November 30. After a gruelling journey from Auckland, L. G. Lukey, the Christchurch professional cyclist, arrived at the Post Office at 3.28 this afternoon, 3hr ISmiu ahead of the record set by O. Barnard, of New Plymouth. His time of 31hr 58min would have been considerably better had not . the weather been adverse all the way. v- •. Lukey was to have left Auckland on Monday morning, but had to postpone his departure till 7.30 yesterday morning. Even then the weather could have been better, 1 but as the forecasts were unfavourable it was decided -to waste no further time;
