Those admirers of Deanna Durbin who missed that bright musical ‘ Three Smart Girls Grow Up ’ are afforded another chance of seeing it at the Mayfair. In previous “ three smart girls ” films Penny (Deanna Durbin) has been portrayed as a “ little ” girl, but in this effort she has reached the staggering age of 15 As usual, she invokes the displeasure of her elder sisters when she attempts to solve their romantu difficulties Adventure seeks out Bulldog Drummond in the associate feature, in which a famous scientist and a notorious crook search for buried treasure in Drummond’s own castle. The action is speeded up when the criminal murders the scientist and abducts Drummond’s fiancee. There are numerous thrilling sequences before Drummond’s efforts to capture the criminal are crowned with success.
