OTAGO CLUB CHAMPIONSHIP The semi-finals of the Otago Club championship were played yesterday. Results Mrs Dodgsnun defeated Miss Shand. 2 up; Mrs Lawless defeated Miss Elliott. 4 and 3. In the semi-finals of the A grade Mrs Dodgshun and Miss Shand had a very close match. There was never more than one hole between them till the fourteenth, when Mrs 'Dodesbun was 3 up, aud, winning Spion Kop,
she was dormie 3. Miss Shand put up a good fight and won the sixteenth and seventeenth holes, and then Mrs Dodgshun played two fine shots _ at the eighteenth and won the hole in 4 and the match 2 np. Mrs Dodgshun came
in the last nine holes in 36 strokes. The .semi-finals for the B Grad® Challenge Bowl were also played yesterday, the results being:—Mrs Breeze defeated Miss North, 3 and 2; Mrs Barr defeated Mrs Sime, 4 and' 3.
