NEW CONTROLLING BODY! [From Our Parliamentary Reporter.] WELLINGTON, August 24. The Advisory Committee which formerly functioned-in connection with the cinematograph film industry, is now being replaced by a statutory _ Film Board of internal control, which ha* just been constituted. Its principal duty will be to arbitrate and adjust differences existing in the industry, thus facilitating . its smooth working* It is also expected that it will undertake the advisory' duties of,.the_f6rme£ committee if called upon by the Government for its opinions. ~ , The new hoard comprises Mr W. _e» Stilwell, S.M.
