September 2, as popular as possible. and in order to suit the pockets of all has decided to open* the outside enclosure and grand stand at Wingatui free .to all. This will give those who have been crying out in the past for reduced admission fees to race meetings an opportunity of witnessing a good performance of eight races, including steoplechasing, hurdling, flat racing, and trotting, free of an admission charge. The win-and-place totalisator machine will be in operation. The luncheon and tea rooms will he open all day, and cheap return railway fares will be available.
