WEST INDIES IN THE LEAD A CENTURY TO WEEKES FINAL TEST AGAINST ENGLAND Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright LONDON, August 21. ((Received August 22, at 9.30 a.m.) On the second day of the third and final cricket test against England, West Indies took their first innings’ score to 395 for six wickets, when rain stopped play shortly after tea. The attendance was 21,000. A perfect wicket gave not the slightest assistance to the bowlers. V. Stollmeyer and Weekes hit most freely, adding 163 runs for the fifth wicket in 102 minutes.
