An article on Bulgaria in ‘ L’Ordre ’ says that at the beginning of any serious tension Turkey will ask Bulgaria to state her position ‘‘ for or against us.” Tho Turkish army would march into Bulgaria without the slightest hesitation and join up with Rumania. The Bulgars know that they could not last a week against the Turkish army, therefore they continually reaffirm their friendship with the Turks.
