TREATY WITH SPAIN MILITARY PACT WITH JAPAN Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright LONDON, June 13. (Received June 14, at 12.30 p.m.) The Rome correspondent of ‘ The Times ’ states that news from General Franco’s sources suggests that an agreement has been reached in principle on the relations to be established by treaty between Spain and the Axis Powers. A pact of military importance with Japan, it is stated, has also been agreed on and lacks only the Emperor’s consent.
