PROTEST AGAINST ANY DIVISION Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright PARIS, January 25. The Colonial Committee tabled a resolution proclaiming that all parts of the French Empire, whether Continental or overseas colonies or protectorates over which the French flag is flying, are placed under the safeguard of national France’s sovereignty. They will not be divided nor delegated to or shared with any other nation.
