SUBSTANTIAL INCREASE RECORDED Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright CANBERRA, November 121 (Received November 12, at noon.) During the year ended September 30 there was a net increase of 7,673 in the alien population of Australia, including 867 Germans, 2,828 Italians, 1,052 Greeks, 701 Poles, and 655 Yugoslavs. In the same period the excess of permanent departures of British migrants over arrivals was 544. / /
