A MUSSOLINI STATEMENT LONDON, October 28. (Received October -29, at 1.30 p.m.) The ‘ Daily Telegraph’s ’ Rome correspondent says that at the celebration* in Italy commemorating the sixteenth anniversary of the march on Rome Signor Mussolini said; ‘-The clearing m the : political horizon appears marked, and shows signs of spreading, but we Fascists will continue to advance with our customary inflexible energy.’
