BOMBING OF FIGUERAS COMMISSION'S REPORT (British Official Wireless.). Press Association-By Telegraph-Copyright RUGBY, October 27. (Received October 28, at 11 a.m.) The Commission for the investigation of air bombardments in Spain has issued a report on the bombing of Figueras. The investigation was made at the invitation of the Barcelona authorities. The Commission found on the evidence available that bombs were dropped on the town proper of Figueras, which was an open town except for the location in it of one military objective—an officer cadet training school.
