A. M'Leary, A. 0. Hoyles (smaller associations), C. C Davis (Auckland), and M. J. Kennedy (affiliated bodies); trustees— Messrs J. M. Fleming, W. E._Fidler, M. G. C. M'Caul, and Dr C. P. Knight; auditors, Messrs Vickery and Rowden.
