—Ministerial.— The Hon. P. Fraser, Minister of Health and Education, who is accompanied by Mrs Fraser, opened the hew administrative block at the Waipiata Sanatorium yesterday afternoon, and came on to Dunedin after the ceremony, attending the Caversham School concert at His Majesty’s Theatre. Today Mr Fraser was engaged in departmental business, and to-morrow he will visit the Seacliff Mental Hospital. On Saturday morning he will attend' a function in connection with the building of the new Training College, and in the afternoon will be present at the primary schools’ sports at Logan Park. He will return north on Sunday.
