TUITION FOR CHILDREN “ LICENSES ” BEING AWARDED. (British Official Wireless.) Press Association-By Telegraph—Copyright RUGBY, October 25. As part of the new road safety scheme for children, “ road licenses ” are being awarded to children at Wembley. Dr F. L. Burgin, in presenting the first of the awards, commended the idea of teaching children how to be good users of roads.
