ADDITIONS FROM AMERICA DELIVERIES BEGIN IN NOVEMBER Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright PARIS, June 2. The Minister for Air (M. Guy Lachambre) told the Air Committee that the Government was ensuring a strength of 2,600 planes, of which 900 would bo fighters, before April, 1940. Deliveries of American planes, M. Lacharnbre said, would begin in November, and would be completed in April next.
