| , THURSDAY, JUNE 2. (Before Mr J. R. Bartholomew, S.M.) UNDEFENDED CASES. Judgment for the plaintiffs, with costs, was given in the folloiving cases:—J, B. Waters Ltd. v. Andsow Seed Company, £7 Os lOd, goods supplied ; H. Laugdon (Rangiora) v. \V’. Johnston (Kantane), £5 10s, money owing; George Dyer and Co. v. J. Moore (Milton), £ll 8s 9d, account due; J. 11. Brown v. E. Farris, £26 4s 7d, goods supplied; Paterson and Barr Ltd. v. Frank Dillon, 7s, goods supplied; M'Cracken and Walls v. Augustus George Warner, £1 3s lOd, balance owing on radio set; Scott and Wilson v. M. Duff (Lower Hutt, Wellington), £7 16s 4d, goods supplied; C. M. Howison and Son Ltd. v. James Smith, £2 11s 2d, goods supplied; John Chambers and Son Ltd. v. Robert J. Frame (Fairlie), £25 18s lOd, goods supplied. JUDGMENT SUMMONS. James Brown and Son (Naseby) proceeded against lan Menzies, claiming £4 17s 9d on a judgment summons. There was no appearance of the judgment debtor, who was ordered to pay the full amount, with costs, in default six days’ imprisonment. B. Kiernan was proceeded against by R. E. Hill, who claimed 12s 8d on a judgment summons. The judgment debtor did not appear, and the Magistrate made an order for the payment of the amount, with costs, in default one day’s imprisonment.
