RETURN TAKEN FOR GRANTED SETTLERS ALREADY BEING TRAINED Press Association —By Telegraph—Copyright BERLIN, May 12. One hundred thousand members of the Colonial League are about to study conditions of life in new homes when the former German colonies are returned. The Berlin Regional Union is organising courses of instruction, including scientific and technical university lectures, practical work on farais and in workshops, and tuition in native language and courses in mechanics. Successful candidates will he preferred for responsible colonial posts.
