DOUBLE RACING TRAGEDY

TWO PROMINENT JOCKEYS KILLED SMASH ON AUSTRALIAN COURSE Press' Association—By Telegraph—Copyright ADELAIDE, May 11. The leading Victorian jockey, Ray Wilson, and a prominent South Australian jockey, Stan. Kite, were killed in a racing smash at Morphetville races to-day. The accident occurred in the Accession Handicap. Kite’s horse fell and brought down four others. Wilson, whose head was crushed, died instantly, and Kite died in the casualty room.
