Silverstone Amongst the Banished In a record poll of 31,866 electors out of a roll of 44,287, Labour was ousted yesterday from its dominating position in civic affairs, and reduced to the position it occupied three years ago -of having three representatives on a council of twelve, with also a Citizens’ Association • mayor.
