INDIAN TEAM'S VISIT PERSONNEL ANNOUNCED (Pee United Pkess Association.] CHRISTCHURCH, May 9. The personnel of the Indian Hockey team which will arrive for a tour of New Zealand on June 8 has been announced by the New Zealand Hockey Association. The Nawab :of Mana-vadar-will be the captain of the team, and Professor Japan -Nath will 'be manager.. The other members of the team are:— Goalkeeper^—Ben Abraham. ■ Backs.—-Gurnaih Singh. He suggested that a time limit should be put oh the junior games, and l short time played if necessary to achieve the desired end.—The suggestion was adopted. Delegates reported on the clubs’ attitude towards the proposed insurance scheme for players, the majority expressing the opinion-that the scheme was not acceptable.—The proposal was dropped, and appreciation was expressed of the work done by Messrs T. H. Mulholland, E. D. Brown, and J. Harris in working out the scheme.
