(Received April 21, at 12.30 p.m.) I’lie Tokio correspondent of ‘ The Times ’ says that a commission investigating the hooks used at the universities is banning those regarded as encouraging Liberalism, offending morals, describing excessive cruelty, or which were written by authors who have attacked Japan.
