NO MORE BARGAINING NEW GOVERNMENT DECREE. Press Association —By Telegraph—Copyright LONDON, April 20. (Received April 21, at 12.00 p.m.) The .Istanbul correspondent of ‘ The Times ’ says visitors shortly will no longer enjoy the thrill of bargaining in the bazaars, as the Government is promoting a law enforcing fixed prices, all goods to be marked, and imposing a heavy fine on any shopkeeper taking more or less than the marked price.
