4 ATTENDANCES STILL LARGE • I . . NEW ZEALANDERS WIN SAWING EVENT Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright SYDNEY, April 20. Royal Show attendances continue to exceed all previous records. The figures yesterday, although it was regarded as an off day, were 100,000. The total since the .opening day on April 9 is 832,446, and the gate receipts are approaching the £50,000 mark. Two New Zealanders, T. and C.' Donnelly, distinguished themselves in the double-handed sawing at the show, winning a‘heat and the final for 18in ’ logs Oif a s c6’ntesi' against the' best men in Australia. -
