ARRESTS CONTINUE NEWSPAPERS PUBLISH SENSATIONAL LETTER Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright BUCHAREST, April 20. (Received April 21, at 11 a.m.) The newspapers have published the letter from M. Codreanu to M. Stelescu on the eve of the assassination of M. Duca, a former Prime Minister. The letter formulates a plan to assassinate 200 political leaders, including members of Cabinet. M. Stelescu demurred, but he himself . iyas assassinated by M. Codreanu’s followers. The arrests continue after the discovery of further arms dumps. TWO HUNDRED PRIESTS ARRESTED , LONDON, April 20. (Received April 21, at 2 p.m.) • The ‘ Daily Telegraph’s ’ Bucharest correspondent says 200 priests were among those arrested in connection with the Iron Guard consipiracy. Both the vicar and the curate of one Bucharest church were included, causing .the cancellation of the Easter services. Many junior army officers were also imprisoned. Military and civilian lawyers are working as speedily as possible to expedite the trials. It is hoped that many will be completed before the week-end.
