AGREEMENT WITH GERMANY NO ACTION BY BRITISH GOVERNMENT (British Official Wireless.) Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright RUGBY, February 28. (Received March 1, at 11.30 a.m.) Answering a question in the House of Commons, Mr Chamberlain said the measures so far taken by the Austrian Government in consequence of the discussions at Berchtesgaden did not appear, in the opinion of the British Government, to constitute a breach of the obligations in the treaty of St. Germain and the Geneva protocol of 1922, and it did not appear, therefore, that any action on the part of the British Government was calied_ for on that account in the existing circumstances.
