TOWN HALL DANCE
’Again to-night the popular weekly dance will be held in the ballroom of the Main Town Hall, which is kept cool by electric fans. The music will be supplied by the Commodores Dance Band, assisted by Mr James M'Farlano -(vocaUgtJ at the microphone. The
doors will open at 7, and early patrons can dance to amplified music until 8 o’clock. The circle will he open to spectators at a small charge. During the evening the result of the waltzing competition in Christchurch will be announced. Mr and Mrs Monish, winners of last Saturday night’s waltzing contest, will be representing the Town Hall dance.
