PHYSICAL EDUCATION
The 1938 season of the Y.M.C.A. physical culture and gymnastic classes is now commencing. The body-building classes conducted at the Y.M.C.A. department of physical education offer an excellent opportunity to obtain sound health and general fitness under ideal conditions and for little cost. The curricular in_ all classes is carried out on scientific lines, with special emphasis on ,tfeo corrective,’ hygienic, and re-
creative value of exercise, and is under the personal supervision of an experienced physical director, in Mr C. W. Postgate. The very latest methods are introduced into the calisthenic training, and every kind of apparatus work is featured. Every year hundreds' of men, women, and children receive benefit from the classes, and are both physically and mentally fitted to meet the emergencies of everyday life. The class time table is advertised in this issue, and further information can be obtained at the Y.M.O.A.
