SITTING OF DIVORCE COURT His Honour Mr Justice Kennedy sat in the Supreme Court this morning to deal frith a number of matters relating to .divorce. DECREES ABSOLUTE. Decrees absolute were granted in the (following petitions:—Florence Edith Henton (Mr C. J. L. White) v. Rae Palmer Henton, Lilian Frances Fraser (Mr B, S. Irwin) v. Hugh Frederick Fraser (Mr 0. G. Stevens), Linda Isohoi Prescott (Mr F. B. Adams) v. George Robert William Prescott, Ina Herse M'Kay (Mr J. G. Warrington) v. Jack M'Kay, Adelaide Maud Stewart (Mr J. G. Warrington) v, Robert Bam Stewart, Jessie Beatrice Catherine Simpson (Mr 0. J. L. White) v. Lesh® James Franc Simpson, Violet Christina Jessie Fox (Mr C. J. L. White) v. John Henry Fox (Mr D. A. Solomon), John Alexander Bradshaw (Mr M. A. Joel) y . May Violet Bradshaw and William Chalmers (Mr G. V. Murdoch), Cyril Joseph Hayden (Mr B. S. Irwin) v. Joyce Ailsa Hayden and Roy Rankin 'Wallace, Ellison Edward Porter (Mr Frapwell) v. Erema Mary Porter. Custody of the child or children, as the case may be, was given to the petitioner in the cases of Porter v. Porter, Little v. Little, Fraser v. Fraser, M'Kay r. M'Kay, Stewart v. Stewart, Simpson v. Simpson, and Hayden v. •Hayden. DECREES NISI. Decrees nisi were granted, after evidence had been called, in the following petitions for divorce:— Christina Steffenson (Mr A!. C. Hanlon, K.C., with him Mr J. G. Warrington) v. Maurice William Steffenson, on the grounds of desertion. Ivy Isabel Little (Mr G. V. Murdoch) v. Ernest Leslie Davidson Little (Mr A. G. Neill), on the grounds of separation agreement. Arthur Corlett Kee (Mr J. N. Thompson) v. Henrietta Finlayson Kee, on the ground of desertion. Alexander John M'Gillivray (Mr C. J. L. White) v. Florence Emily M'Gillivray, on, the ground of adultery. Gordon Stirling M'Crone (Mr J. B. Thomson) v. Edna Winifred M'Crone and David John Scott (Mr R. S. Frapwell), on the ground of adultery. George Henderson (Mr B. S. Irwin) v. Jean Winifred Henderson and lan Alexander M'Allan, on the grounds of adultery. William Francis Henry Townsend v. Lilian May Townsend (Mr J. G. Warrington) , on the' ground of separation agreement. Dorothy Margaret Gawne (Mr A. C. Haplon. K.C., with him Mr G. J. Warrington) v. Edwin Alphonsus Gawne, on the grounds of separation agreement. Robert Andrew Smith (Mr F. M. Hanan) v. Phyllis Eva Smith (Mr G. P. B. Wilson), on the grounds of separation agreement.
