(Received February 24, at 1 p.m.) The ‘ Daily Telegraph’s ’ Moscow representative states that M. _ Voroshilov also revealed that Admiral Sivkov, commander of the Baltic Fleet, was among the “ traitors and spies who had been wiped off the face of the earth. He added that the execution of traitors had greatly strengthened the armed forces. [M, Voroshilov, Commissar of War, addressing the Red Army, cleared up the mystery disappearance in October of Admiral Orlov, Commander-in-Chief ot the Navy, who was Russia's chief delegate to IM; Coronation. Describing Admiral Orlov as a traitor. M. Voroshilov said lie had been destroyed, presumably meaning that he had been shot.]
