RICHARDSON AND GRIMMETT BRADMAN'S ELEVEN SCORES 184 '■ ADELAIDE, November 26. The testimonial cricket match to V. Richardson and C. Griramett was begun to-day on the Adelaide Oval between Bradman’s and Richardson’s elevens. The teams include test stars, and the match will occupy four days. The sum already in hand is £1,700. Bradman’s Eleven, in the first innings, scored 184 (Fingleton 32, Brown, 42, Bradman 17, Lush 28, Walker 29; Sievcrs, four for 27; Grimmett, three for 39; O’Reilly, one for 21; M‘Cormick, one for 34. Richardson’s Eleven has lost one wicket for 53 (Badcock not out 34). Fingleton and Brown were slow, being subdued by Grimmett and O’Reilly. The pair were unconquered at_ lunch, but when the partnership was dissolved tho wickets fell rapidly. Bradman fell an early victim to Grimmett, who was deadly. Sievers, however, had the best average. He clean-bowled four batsmen.
