NEW SCHEME IN BRITAIN (British Official Wireless.) Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright RUGBY, November 26. (Received November 27, at noon.) The War Office announces the names of 15 non-commissioned officers who have been selected for admission to the Royal Military College at Sandhurst in January for 18 months’ training under the scheme whereby non-commissioned officers of the regular army may be granted commissions as second lieutenants. Three of the men selected are from units stationed abroad.
