Two residences recently constructed in the modern style on tho “Belvraid” subdivision at the corner of Heriot How and Pitt street. Both are finished in light cream plaster, one having facings of pillar-box red and the other dark green. These homes were designed to admit a maximum amount of sunlight, this principle being in keeping with the modern idea. A garage is incorporated in the structure of each. Messrs Miller and White were the architects.
