LADY TREE LONDON, August 7. The death has occurred of the actress Lady Tree, after au operation. [Lady Tree, who was born in 1864, first appeared on the stage in 1883. Her principal parts were Ophelia in ‘ Hamlet ’ and Lady Teazle in ‘ The School for Scandal.’]
