FORGED TO MARRY EARLY SIGHS OF INDUSTRIAL RECOVERY Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright BERLIN, August 8. (Received August 4, at 12.35 p.m.) Forcing Civil servants _to marry early, the Finance Ministry is introducing a law increasing the salaries of married officials, also an extension of grants to largo families. Industrial recovery is causing a shortage of candidates for the Civil service, which is being met by lowering the educational standard.
The Labour Ministry is now considering readmitting women to industry after driving them out to make jobs for men.
