STRONG ROOM RAIDED
VALUABLE SCRIP STOLEN Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright SYDNEY, August 4. (Received August 4, at 11 a.m.) • Scrip valued at £7,500 and £l7 10s in cash were stolen from the strong room of the premises of H. O’Brien and Co., electrical merchants, in the city during the night. It is believed that the thief used a 'duplicate key. as there were no marks on the strong room door.
